POSSIBLE ACROSS WESTERN PA ALONG A STRONG ARCTIC FRONT AS IT SWEEPS 
THROUGH THE AREA.  AT 200 AM THE FRONT WAS LOCATED JUST EAST OF 
PITTSBURGH ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM FRANKLIN PA TO MORGANTOWN WV 
AND MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH. WINDS WILL DECREASE AN HOUR AFTER FRONTAL 
PASSAGE...BUT CONTINUE TO GUST BETWEEN 25 TO 35 MPH THROUGH TUESDAY 
MORNING.
