* AT 436 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF REPUBLIC. RADAR ESTIMATES ONE TO 
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS 
  EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
