* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WEST CENTRAL NEZ PERCE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL IDAHO...

* UNTIL 145 AM PDT
    
* AT 1040 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE NORTHERN FLANK OF THE BIG COUGAR WILDFIRE.  
  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY. EXCESSIVE RAINFALL 
  OVER THE BURN SCAR WILL RESULT IN DEBRIS FLOW MOVING THROUGH THE 
  BILLY CREEK DRAINAGE. THE DEBRIS FLOW CAN CONSIST OF 
  ROCK...MUD...VEGETATION AND OTHER LOOSE MATERIALS.

* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER THE BIG COUGAR BURN SCAR INCLUDNIG 
  THE CRAIG MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA AND RURAL AREAS OF 
  WEST CENTRAL NEZ PERCE COUNTY.
