EXCELSIOR. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

HAIL UP TO DIME SIZE...WINDS UP TO 40 MPH...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE
EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.
