* AT 120 AM CDT...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS INDICATED OVER THE WARNED
  AREA AND RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS   
  OCCURRED OVER THE PAST HOUR. MORE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED FOR THE 
  NEXT 2 TO 3 HOURS. THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING 
  FOR SOME AREAS IN THE WARNED AREA.
