  WEST CENTRAL SISKIYOU COUNTY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF HAPPY CAMP AND SEIAD VALLEY...

* UNTIL 900 PM PDT

* AT 247 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING DUE TO HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE
  WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CURLEY JACK
  CAMPGROUND...SEIAD VALLEY AND ALSO NEAR AREAS RECENTLY BURNED BY
  WILDFIRES. HIGHWAY 96 AND SCOTT RIVER ROAD ARE PARTICULARLY 
  SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLOODING AND MUDSLIDES.
