  CENTRAL EDDY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO...

* AT 913 AM MDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH   
FLOODING SOUTHWEST OF CARLSBAD ALONG DARK CANYON DRAW. EXPECT A 
SHARP RISE IN WATER LEVELS IN AND ALONG THE DRAW AS IT MAKES ITS WAY 
TOWARD CARLSBAD. THIS MAY CAUSE FLOODING AT LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND 
ROADWAYS CLOSE TO THE DRAW.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CAVERN CITY
  AIR TERMINAL AND CARLSBAD.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
