  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...IOWA...HAYES...
  JEFFERSON DAVIS PARISH IN SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...WELSH...FENTON...

* UNTIL 500 PM CDT

* AT 315 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED 1TO 3 INCHES OF   
  RAIN ACROSS EASTERN CALCASIEU AND MUCH OF JEFFERSON DAVIS PARISHES 
  IN THE PAST THREE HOURS. AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL   
  IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 5 PM. FLASH FLOODING WILL LIKELY BEGIN TO      
  DEVELOP SHORTLY.
