  AROUND MIDNIGHT AND SPREAD QUICKLY SOUTH. THE STRONG WINDS
  SHOULD LAST A FEW HOURS AND THEN SUBSIDE.

* WINDS: NORTH AND NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
  50 MPH.

* IMPACTS: THE SUDDEN WIND GUSTS COULD CAUSE CARS...TRUCKS AND
  TRAILERS TO LOSE CONTROL.
