  FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA. ESTIMATED
  RADAR RAINFALL AMOUNTS...ON THE ORDER OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES...HAVE
  OCCURRED IN THE PAST HOUR.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO UNION
