After decreasing to near flood stage this morning, the Mackinaw
River near Congerville has resumed rising. It is forecast to
reach moderate flood stage later this afternoon, before
cresting tonight.
The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
