* AT 810 PM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED SLOW MOVING
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. TWO
  TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS BEEN ESTIMATED BY RADAR WITHIN THE
  PAST TWO HOURS.
