* AT 711 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED SLOW
  MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED
  AREA. FLASH FLOODING WAS BEGINNING TO DEVELOP IN AND AROUND
  CLINTON. CURRENT RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES ARE APPROACHING THREE
  INCHES IN THE PAST HOUR ACROSS PORTIONS OF DE WITT COUNTY.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
