* AT 1024 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR            
  INDICATED POSSIBLE FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY   
  RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 6 INCHES       
  HAVE ALREADY OCCURED NORTHEAST OF DANIELSVILLE AND AN ANOTHER 1 TO 
  2 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED OVER THE WARNED AREA. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ILA AND    
  DANIELSVILLE. SOME CREEKS AND RIVERS OF CONCERN INCLUDE MILL SHOAL 
  CREEK...BROAD RIVER...SCULL SHOAL CREEK AND CEDAR GROVE.
