  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...KENEDY...KARNES CITY...

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 300 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING FROM NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA.
  LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS HAVE ALREADY REPORTED ROAD CLOSURES IN
  AND AROUND KARNES CITY FROM PREVIOUS RAINFALL. ANOTHER ROUND OF 
  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO REACH KARNES COUNTY BY 330 PM.

* ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED
  TO RUNGE.

AT 512 PM CDT...NWS METEOROLOGISTS CONTINUED TO DETECT SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS OVER THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER 
RADAR ESTIMATES SUGGEST RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE AVERAGED BETWEEN 
ONE-HALF AND ONE INCH OVER KARNES COUNTY.  HEAVIER RAINS RECEIVED 
EARLIER IN THE COY CITY AND KARNES CITY AREAS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE 
TO RUN OFF IN LARGER STREAMS AND SLOW DRAINAGE AREAS...LEAVING 
SECONDARY ROADWAYS IMPASSABLE.
