  NORTHWESTERN SEWARD COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS...

* UNTIL 245 AM CDT WEDNESDAY
    
* AT 842 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE 
  ALREADY FALLEN LOCALLY WITH ADDITIONAL RAINS EXPECTED OVER THE 
  NEXT HOUR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED.

* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHEASTERN
  STEVENS AND NORTHWESTERN SEWARD COUNTIES.

TRIBUTARIES OF THE CIMARRON RIVER AND LOW SPOTS ALONG HIGHWAY 83 
WILL BE AFFECTED.
