* AT 153 AM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM AN AREA OF SLOW 
  MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER NORTHERN 
  STAFFORD COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES OF OVER 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
  FALLEN...WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL EXPECTED.
