  STRONG THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL...STRONG GUSTY
  WINDS UP TO 40 MPH...AND HEAVY RAIN.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 15 MILES 
  WEST OF CATO...AND MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
