  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF RIO GRANDE CITY.

* AT 741 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS INDICATED  
  TORRENTIAL RAIN OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR FROM SLOW MOVING
