* AT 1036 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN THAT WILL 
  CAUSE FLOODING.  UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY OCCURRED IN 
  SOME LOCATIONS.  AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO PERHAPS 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS 
  EXPECTED THROUGH MID AFTERNOON.  THIS WILL RESULT IN FLOODING OF 
  URBAN AREAS AS WELL AS SMALL RIVERS AND STREAMS.

HAMPSHIRE...FRANKLIN AND NORTHWESTERN WORCESTER COUNTIES...

AT 1247 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THE BULK OF THE RAIN 
HAS COME TO AN END.  HOWEVER...SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE SOME 
LOCATIONS RECEIVED UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN EARLIER.  WHILE ADDITIONAL 
HEAVY RAIN IS NOT EXPECTED...RUNOFF FROM EARLIER RAINFALL MAY RESULT 
IN SOME SMALL RIVER AND STREAM FLOODING.  THIS INCLUDES THE GREEN 
RIVER AT COLRAIN WHICH WAS CURRENTLY IN FLOOD AND STILL RISING.
