* AT 449 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ST PETERSBURG...OR 10
  MILES NORTHWEST OF CLARKVILLE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
