  NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...

* AT 458 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 13 MILES NORTH OF LIMON...MOVING EAST AT 30
  MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
