* AT 202 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER RED FEATHER LAKES...OR 32 MILES NORTHWEST
  OF FORT COLLINS...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.
