* AT 318 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN NEAR MARKS BUTTE. THE RAIN IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5 
  MPH. 5 INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS 
  EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
