  SOUTHEASTERN CHEBOYGAN COUNTY IN NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...

* UNTIL 330 PM EDT

* AT 253 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR AFTON...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. THERE HAS BEEN DAMAGE REPORTED  
  WITH THIS STORM IN WOLVERINE.  

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE
