  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER CENTRAL NYE COUNTY...OR 31
  MILES NORTHEAST OF BEATTY...AND WAS MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.
