* AT 110 PM PDT...SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN THE NELSON     
  NEVADA AREA. IN ADDITION...SEVERAL THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING       
  NORTHEAST AT 5 TO 15 MPH AROUND AND SOUTHWEST OF SEARCHLIGHT       
  NEVADA. THIS ACTIVITY COULD CAUSE DEBRIS TO WASH ONTO AREA ROADS.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  NELSON...NELSONS LANDING ROAD...SEARCHLIGHT AND THE EAST END OF    
  NIPTON ROAD.
