VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUES ACROSS
THE AREA. RAINFALL ESTIMATES 2 TO 3 INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN AND 
MORE HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED THROUGH 730 PM.
