* AT 702 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR BOLIVAR...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.

  HAZARD...DEVELOPING TORNADO.

  IMPACT...MOBILE HOMES WILL BE HEAVILY DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.
