...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT EASTERN MONMOUTH AND
OCEAN COUNTIES...

AT 403 PM EDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED FROM
MIDDLETOWN TO WARREN GROVE...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. 

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
POND ON ROADS AND FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THE RAIN CAN CAUSE RAPID
RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS. 

THESE STORMS WILL BE NEAR HIGHLANDS AROUND 410 PM AND WEST BELMAR
AROUND 420 PM.
