THAT HEAVY RAIN, ASSOCIATED WITH POST TROPICAL CYCLONE ANDREA, WAS 
MOVING INTO TALBOT COUNTY.

THROUGHOUT THE DAY, THE COUNTY HAS RECEIVED ANYWHERE FROM ONE TO 
ABOUT THREE INCHES OF RAIN.
