  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL TALBOT AND WEST CENTRAL CAROLINE      
  COUNTIES.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE EASTON, ST. MICHAELS, AND         
  SURROUNDING RURAL AREAS.

IN EXCESS OF THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. ADDITIONAL
