  INDICATED HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR THE EAGLE FIRE 
  BURN SCAR AND DIRTY CANYON. THIS WILL RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING 
  ABOVE EAGLE ROAD AND DERBY CANYON ROAD.
