* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN BOONE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...

* UNTIL 1200 AM CDT

* AT 849 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS SOUTHERN BOONE COUNTY. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN 
  HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN SOUTHWEST BOONE COUNTY...NEAR AND WEST OF 
  CEDAR RAPIDS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST...DUMPING 
  MORE HEAVY RAIN ACROSS ALL OF SOUTHERN BOONE COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ST. EDWARD AND CEDAR RAPIDS. 

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE 
WARNED AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
