  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTH OF OSSEO...AND MOVING EAST AT 25
  MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  IMPACT...MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE TO
