  WESTERN WILCOX COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 1230 AM CDT

* AT 1021 PM CDT...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS INDICATED OVER THE WARNED
  AREA AND RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS
  OCCURRED OVER THE PAST HOUR. THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING
  IN THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  YELLOW BLUFF...       PINE HILL...          CATHERINE...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE 
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS 
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. REMEMBER...TURN AROUND AND DON'T DROWN.
