* AT 426 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES EAST OF ROSCOE...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST
  AT 10 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
