  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS WESTERN  
  KEITH COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WERE COMMON ACROSS  
  FAR SOUTHWESTERN KEITH COUNTY.
