  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS 
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR JACINTO CITY...AND MOVING SOUTH SOUTHEAST 
  AT 25 MPH.
