* AT 1030 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED HEAVY RAINFALL AND POTENTIAL FLASH FLOODING FROM A 
  SERIES OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA.
  ESTIMATED RAINFALL TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES HAVE OCCURRED SINCE 
  8 AM AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY
