* AT 520 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL QUICKLY FELL FROM 400 PM TO 530 PM DUE TO 
  A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL 
  IS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE STORM DIMINISHES.
