  FAYETTE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA
  EASTERN COWETA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 400 AM EDT

* AT 959 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THAT 2 TO 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN SINCE 800 PM EDT. AN 
  ADDITIONAL O.5 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 
  MIDNIGHT. EVEN AFTER THE RAIN HAS TAPERED OFF...RUNOFF FROM THE
  HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE CREEKS AND STREAMS TO RISE OUT
  OF THEIR BANKS!

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO TYRONE...
