* AT 655 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF CATHARINE...AND MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

  HAZARD...DEVELOPING TORNADO AND GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL.
