* UNTIL 745 PM CDT

* AT 717 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF ULYSSES...AND MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...DEVELOPING TORNADO AND PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL.
