* AT 545 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING
  FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AROUND TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HOUR CAUSING WATER FLOWING
  OVER COUNTY ROADS 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF ELLIS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY

LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY

ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
