* AT 417 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 12 MILES NORTH OF WHITNEY LAKE...AND MOVING
  NORTH AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...DEVELOPING TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
