SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION THAT MAY BE PRODUCING A 
TORNADO. THIS STORM MAY ALSO PRODUCE ONE INCH DIAMETER HAIL AND 
DAMAGING WINDS AROUND 60 MPH. THIS STORM THAT MAY BE PRODUCING A 
TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR COLUMBUS...OR 23 MILES WEST OF
