* UNTIL 1100 PM EDT.

* AT 503 PM EDT...A LINE OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS HAS PRODUCED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN IN EXCESS OF 1.5 TO 2 INCHES FROM 4 TO 5 PM. MORE 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WERE TO THE WEST OF THE AREA 
  AND ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE EAST ACROSS THE COUNTY. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH        
  FLOODING TO OCCUR.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING THAT WAS IN EFFECT FOR HANCOCK COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

THE LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS THAT PRODUCED HEAVY RAINFALL OVER 
THE AREA HAD DRIFTED SOUTH AND WEAKENED LEAVING ONLY LIGHTER RAIN IN 
THE AREA.  WHILE LOCALIZED FLOODING COULD REMAIN INTO THE EVENING 
HOURS IN POORLY DRAINED AREAS...THE THREAT OF ADDITIONAL WIDESPREAD 
FLOODING HAS DIMINISHED.
