* AT 904 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER BURKE
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WAYNESBORO. THIS TORNADO  
  WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
