COUNTIES...
AT 508 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN. THIS
STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR MARION...AND MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THIS
STORM WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST ACROSS CENTRAL AND EASTERN WAYNE
COUNTY AND THE NORTHERN PORTION OF CAYUGA COUNTY THROUGH 615 AM.
THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING WHICH
WILL PRODUCE PONDING OF WATER IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND DIFFICULT
TRAVEL AT TIMES.
